To sum up, the main received data showed that public experiences and conversance about healthy lifestyle are in a satisfactory level. Almost everyone knows how to lead a healthy nutrition, however most people do not comply with this routine. The study confirmed the position that every little detail that was not observed in human beings, the main cause of these problems were due to over weight. Project work was implemented to find the most useful way to lose weight and live on without any difficulties and other diseases. Hence, it was aimed to offer people an accurate information about this issue and with the help of research people get familiar with disastreous consequences of keeping suspicious dietary regimes.

The results from the interview were very useful. A set of items were generated by the authors who are experts in epidemiology and in sociology. As interview was conducted from three different nutritionists, all results were compared. Almost all of nutritionists fell into the categories of emotional functioning:

  • a low self-esteem, depressive state, anxiety;
  • suicidal ideation, not loving oneself;
  • physical functioning (difficulty in daily activities, dyspnoea on effort);
  • body image disturbances (avoiding looking in mirrors, avoiding being photographed);
  • difficulty in dressing;
  • sexual problems (difficulty in dating, feeling undesired by persons of the opposite sex);
  • social avoidance (public distress, impaired social life, poor communication with others)
  • marginalization (being criticized by others, being rejected during games, being teased by others, being disliked by others).

All 29 questions were analysed which were reviewed and compared with current internationally recognised data. Exciting result was that all of the data that were collected through a survey and interviews had not a complete coincidence with the current international data used.

Table 1 also shows the frequency of responses to scale items by sex and by BMI category. All items of the scale were significantly different if you compare boys’ and girls’ respondents, except for the item on avoiding looking in mirrors. When comparing between BMI status categories, significant differences were found for all variables, except for poor communication with others. The total meant obesity distress score was significantly higher for girls than for boys. The analysis of data for each question is set out in Table 1. The main outcomes can be totalized as: The total mean obesity distress score was significantly higher for girls than for boys (Table 1).

In addition, the results from the questionnaire were also important part of the research. These were:

  • The data from Question 1 and 2 shows that most people do not know how many calories should be consumed in a day, even if they know that it is advisable not to eat after 7 pm, they still eat high-calorie foods. This means that people do not care about their health, and then they struggle with overweight;
  • Approximately 57% of respondents had a problem with overweight and some of them still fighting with this poser;
  • A great deal of people know about the major cause of obesity, but still they do not care to follow these rules;
  • Only 15% of people strongly support a healthy lifestyle and sit in the different diets.
